Last updated: October 24, 2026
No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
This is a free promotional drawing (sweepstakes). It is not a lottery or game of chance requiring consideration.
1. Sponsor
The POND Winder CES 2027 Free Drawing (the “Drawing”) is sponsored by Pond USA LLC, 3301 NE 39th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 (“Sponsor”), which markets the POND Winder (pondwinder.com). Questions: antoniopondwindercom. The Consumer Technology Association (CTA), CES, and The Venetian Resort / Venetian Expo do not sponsor, endorse or administer this Drawing.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Sponsor and of its affiliates, manufacturing and service partners (including FabroLabs and XBS) and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Entry Deadline
Online entry is open before CES begins. Eligible submissions made through the official online form before January 6, 2027, will be included in the Drawing.
Online and booth entries must be received by 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time (PT) on Saturday, January 9, 2027. Booth entry is available during CES exhibit hours on January 6–9, 2027, until that same noon deadline. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
The online form remains available after the deadline for contact submissions. Submissions received after the deadline will not be included in the CES 2027 Drawing.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Both are free and have equal chances of winning.
a. At the booth: Visit the POND Winder booth, Venetian Expo, Hall G, Booth 61663, during CES 2027 exhibit hours and before the entry deadline in Section 3. Complete the official entry form (or have your CES badge scanned and confirm your entry) at the booth.
b. Free alternate method of entry (no CES attendance required): Visit pondwinder.com/CES-2027/#giveaway before the entry deadline in Section 3 and complete the online entry form with your name, email address, phone number and state of residence. You may enter online before CES begins; CES attendance is not required.
Limit: one (1) eligible entry per person, regardless of method. Only the first eligible entry per person will be included in the Drawing. Additional entries will be disregarded and will not increase your chances of winning. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, automated or submitted by third-party sweepstakes entry services are void. No purchase, payment, product demo or app download is required.
5. Drawing
On Saturday, January 9, 2027, at approximately 2:00 PM PT, at Booth 61663, Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Sponsor will also draw alternates in order. Entrants need not be present to win. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the entry deadline.
7. Prize
Three (3) prizes. Each winner receives one (1) POND Winder smart watch winder (solid American walnut and precision-machined billet aluminum, designed and made in the USA, featuring patent-pending EcoWind™ technology and the patent-pending Watch Cradle™, with app control).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $2,500. Total ARV of all prizes: $7,500.
Primary delivery (booth pickup): Prizes are awarded by in-person pickup at Booth 61663 on Saturday, January 9, 2027, after the drawing and before the show floor closes (4:00 PM PT). Before or at pickup, each winner must complete and return (a) a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful) and (b) the Form W-9 or W-8BEN described in Section 8. Sponsor may verify age, residency and identity at pickup.
Alternate claim if the winner cannot collect at the booth: A winner who cannot collect the prize at the booth (including a winner who entered online and is not attending CES) does not forfeit for that reason alone. That winner must, within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, confirm claim by email or phone and, within seven (7) days, return the same affidavit/release and tax form plus a valid US shipping address.
Sponsor will ship the prize to that address after the forms are received and verified. Shipment will follow the first production run. The dispatch date is not yet confirmed; Sponsor will provide an estimated dispatch date when the winner’s claim is verified.
No cash alternative, transfer or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between actual and stated ARV will not be awarded.
8. Taxes; Required Tax Forms
Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize and for any costs not expressly listed in these rules.
Before the prize is awarded (at booth pickup or before any alternate shipment), the winner must give Sponsor a completed and signed IRS Form W-9 (including a taxpayer identification number), or, if the winner is not a US person, a completed IRS Form W-8BEN; withholding may apply to non-US persons. A winner who does not provide the required form forfeits the prize.
Sponsor is responsible for required tax reporting, including issuing an IRS Form 1099-MISC to US persons and filing a copy with the IRS as required by law. Payments to non-US persons may be subject to withholding and reporting on IRS Form 1042-S.
9. Winner Notification and Claim
Potential winners who are present at Booth 61663 when drawn will be notified on the spot and invited to claim their prize there under Section 7.
Potential winners who are not present will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry, as soon as practicable on January 9, 2027 (and in any event within two (2) business days). To claim under the alternate path in Section 7, a potential winner must:
- Reply within seventy-two (72) hours of the notification.
- Return the required documents within seven (7) days.
If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond or return documents on time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and an alternate may be selected. Inability to stay at the booth for same-day pickup alone is not a forfeit if the winner timely follows the alternate claim path.
10. Privacy and Use of Entry Information
Information collected at entry is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Drawing, contact winners, and meet tax reporting obligations. Entrants may opt in, separately and voluntarily, to receive POND Winder marketing emails; opting in is not required to enter or win, and entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Sponsor does not sell entrant information. See Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Tax information (W-9/W-8BEN) is used only for tax reporting and stored securely.
To opt in to product news and promotional emails, use the separate newsletter signup on the CES page. Newsletter signup is voluntary and is not required to enter or win.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, and statements about the Drawing in advertising and promotion in any media, without further compensation or approval.
12. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If fraud, technical failure, venue restriction or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the Drawing, Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify it and, if cancelled, may award prizes by random drawing from eligible entries received before the cancellation.
13. Limitation of Liability; Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and agents, CTA/CES, and The Venetian Resort / Venetian Expo, and each of their officers, employees and agents, from any claims, losses or damages arising from participation in the Drawing or from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or garbled entries, or for any technical, network or equipment failures. Except for the manufacturer’s standard 2-year limited warranty, the prize is awarded “as is.”
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These rules and the Drawing are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
15. Winners List
